Is it possible to reduce cellulite? Here is the answer!

Cellulite affects more than 85 percent of all women of all shapes and sizes.

It most often occurs on the thighs but can also appear on the legs, buttocks or stomach.

They are often not very flattering but there are many effective methods that can help you slow down and minimize the appearance of cellulite.

Dry brushing is one of the easiest ways to get rid of cellulite.

Dry brushing improves blood circulation and helps the body get rid of toxins from the upper layer of the skin.

This can in turn reduce the appearance of cellulite. Be sure to use a dry brush made from natural fibers.

Dry brushing cleanses the skin, removes dead cells while helping to stimulate blood circulation and increase flow in the body.

Dry brushing opens up your pores and is something you can and should do daily.

It doesn’t hurt to do this up to twice a day either.

Your skin should be dry, so an ideal time is in the shower before you turn on the water.

Use long sweeping movements, starting at your feet and brushing up your legs on both sides, then working from your arms to your chest and stomach.

Remember not to brush too hard as you want to stimulate and strengthen your skin but not irritate or damage it.

If you have dry, sensitive skin, you can use the brush in your bath or shower.

Consider using a medium-firm shower brush for this.

It is recommended to use gentle circular movements rather than hard ones as hard movements can break the blood vessels and this will not remove your cellulite.
